Majestic Care’s Scheduler is responsible for tasks such as staffing, agency monitoring, and daily employee scheduling. Other duties include ensuring compliance with employment laws and fostering relationships with employees and external candidates.

The ideal candidate will:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all staffing needs and operations of the facility
  • Assist in filling vacancies promptly
  • Support candidate screening and hiring processes
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of orientation and training plans
  • Develop work schedules by allocating employees in shifts and positions
  • Assist with call-ins, time off requests, and agency coverage as needed
  • Possess proven experience as a staffing coordinator or similar role
  • Have knowledge of staffing policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Have clinical experience in addition to long-term care staffing, preferably as a CNA
