Fort Wayne Health Campus is seeking a dedicated Scheduler to build and manage nursing team schedules, coordinate coverage for call-offs, PTO, and staffing changes, and ensure compliant, accurate staffing records.
You will work closely with department leaders to maintain shift coverage, onboard new staff, and communicate updates clearly, contributing to a compassionate, well-organized resident care team.

Create and manage nursing team schedules
Coordinate coverage for call-offs, PTO, and staffing changes
Maintain accurate staffing records and compliance requirements
Communicate scheduling updates clearly and promptly
Assist with onboarding and shift assignments as needed
Work closely with department leaders to maintain appropriate shift coverage
CNA and/or QMA certification preferred, but not required
Assisted Living or Long-Term Care experience preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Scheduling experience is a plus, but we will train the right person!
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of scheduling software or a willingness to learn
