Job summary

Three Pillars Senior Living Communities in Dousman, WI, is seeking a Part-Time Nurse (RN or LPN) for memory care in an evening shift. NEW INCREASED PAY RATES of $32–$45.25/hour based on experience and shift differentials.

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin RN or LPN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Long-term care experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills, including EHR systems.
• Ability to push/pull up to 60 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor and document resident conditions; communicate changes to the healthcare team.
• Support care planning and admission processes with RNs and interdisciplinary teams.
• Participate in and oversee resident care programs and CNAs' responsibilities.

What You'll Do As An Nurse

• Administer Medications and Treatments: Safely deliver prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders, regulatory standards, and organizational policies.


• Monitor and Document Resident Conditions: Observe residents, accurately document findings, and communicate changes in condition to the appropriate healthcare team members.


• Support Care Planning and Admission Processes: Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary teams in developing, implementing, and updating individualized care plans, including during admissions and readmissions.


• Participate in and Oversee Resident Care Programs: Actively support resident care initiatives (e.g., skin integrity, pain management) and ensure CNAs fulfill their responsibilities within these programs.

Nurse Requirements

• Active Wisconsin Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse license


• Current CPR certification
