Skilled Nursing | Three Pillars Senior Living Communities | Dousman, WI

Current Openings: Full Time | Day & Evening Shifts; Part Time | Day, Evening & Night Shifts; Pool | Minimum two shifts per month. Full Time & Part Time: $39.50 - $45.25/hour, based on experience & shift differentials. Per Diem: $32 - $43/hour, based on experience & pick up pay ($5/hour weekdays and $7/hour weekends).

RN Requirements

• Active Wisconsin Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current CPR certification
• Long-term care experience preferred
• Basic computer skills, including electronic health records systems
• Ability to push/pull up to 60 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 100 lbs

What You'll Do

• Safely administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility standards
• Use the nursing process to assess residents, evaluate care plans, and make updates as needed
• Support and guide LPNs in clinical assessments and care planning
• Document resident information accurately and communicate changes promptly to the care team, residents, and families
• Participate in admissions and readmissions, including clinical assessments and initial care planning
• Ensure compliance with care plans and maintain high standards of documentation and accountability
