Job summary

Three Pillars Senior Living Communities in Wisconsin is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide personal care, assist with daily living activities, and plan engaging activities for residents. Positions include day and evening shifts with pay based on experience and shift differentials.

Responsibilities include personal care, homemaker tasks, and medication administration under physician orders. Benefits, a values-driven culture, and opportunities for growth accompany a supportive team

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• CBRF certification preferred.
• AHA First Aid certification within 6 months of hire (or within 2 years of initial CBRF First Aid & Choking).
• Willing to become med-delegated and administer medications.
• Proficient in computer use for charting and communication.
• Able to work independently and make decisions within guidelines.
• Experience in resident care is preferred.

Pay: $20-$23/hour

What You'll Do

• Provide personal care assistance with dressing, grooming, hygiene, and mobility to support resident independence.
• Perform homemaker tasks including laundry, housekeeping, meal preparation, and serving.
• Plan and lead therapeutic activities to engage residents.
• Administer or supervise medication administration according to physician orders.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Current, valid CBRF certification preferred.
• Obtain American Heart Association (AHA) First Aid certification within 6 months of hire (or within 2 years of initial CBRF First Aid & Choking certification); renewal required every 2 years.
• Willing to become med-delegated upon hire and able to administer medications.
• Proficient in computer use for charting and communication.
• Able to work independently and make decisions within guidelines.
• Experience in resident care is preferred.
