Job Summary

We are currently looking for experienced RNs to join our exceptional team in the Medical ICU (MICU). The MICU is an 18 bed adult critical care unit located at Blake 7. The MICU culture can be best described for its teamwork and collaborative approach to care, embracing patient-centered care, and promoting staff professional development, and excellence in nursing. The MICU is the first and the only critical care unit at MGH to receive the Beacon Award for Excellence awarded by the American Association of Critical Care Nurses (AACN) in 2021. Nurses in the MICU also seek voluntary membership to the hospital’s Biothreats Response Team and to the MGH Global Disaster Relief team.
