Shifts include day and evening options with weekend requirements; compensation ranges reflect RN and LPN roles, plus applicable shift differentials and full-time options. Sign-on bonuses are available for qualified applicants.

Formación

• Licensed RNs and LPNs interested in transitioning into long-term care.
• Experienced nurses who have not worked in a nursing home within the 60 days before opening their CMS application account.
• Recent nursing graduates beginning their careers.
• Nurses with qualifying nursing student loans, regardless of when they graduated.

Responsabilidades

• Provide care as RN or LPN across available shifts at Mineral Springs in North Conway.
• Participate in CMS program requirements and maintain 30+ hours per week and three years of service where applicable.
• Coordinate with residents and families to ensure quality, compassionate care.
