Formación

• Licensed RNs and LPNs interested in transitioning into long-term care.
• Experienced nurses who have not worked in a nursing home within the 60 days before opening their CMS application account.
• Recent nursing graduates beginning their careers.
• Nurses with qualifying nursing student loans, regardless of when they graduated.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct nursing care to residents according to care plans.
• Monitor residents’ condition and report changes to the care team.
• Assist with daily living activities and coordinate with families.
