Job summary

Burcham Hills Foundation in East Lansing, MI is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for 12-hour day and night shifts. Full-time and part-time positions available with shift differentials and hero pay. RN pay range $33.71–$40.91 per hour; LPN pay range $28.71–$35.41 per hour.

Qualifications

• Possess and maintain a valid, current, and unencumbered nursing license (RN or LPN) for the State of Michigan.
• Clinical experience as a nurse, in an acute care, long term care, assisted living community or other related health care setting, preferred.
• Current CPR certification or obtain within 30-days.
• Ability to work on-call and extended or flexible hours, as necessary.
• Ability to make independent decisions within scope of practice when circumstances warrant such action.
• Ability to deal tactfully and communicate with team members, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the general public with patience and a cheerful disposition. Ability to work in a multi-faceted role.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend written and oral instructions in English.

Burcham Hills is Recruiting for Day Shift (7am - 7:30pm) and Night Shift (7pm - 7:30am) Nurses

12 Hour Shifts - Full Time & Part Time Shifts Available

RNs: $33.71/hr. - $40.91/hr. (Includes: Years of Experience, Hero Pay ($1.71 per hour) and Shift Differential ($4.00 an hour for 3rd shift)

LPNs $28.71/hr. - $35.41/hr. (Includes: Years of Experience, Hero Pay ($1.71 per hour) and Shift Differential ($4.00 an hour for 3rd shift)

Who We Are:

Burcham Hills is an upscale senior living retirement community located in the backyard of Michigan State University in East Lansing, MI. We provide short-term rehab, long term care, assisted living, and independent senior care. We support seniors and their families through the journey of life.

We currently have openings for a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work Full Time or Part Time overnight & day shifts.
