Job summary

Burcham Hills in East Lansing, MI is seeking Night Shift RNs and LPNs for full-time or part-time overnight positions (7pm–7:30am). Nurses enjoy competitive hourly pay with hero pay and shift differential, and a generous sign-on bonus.

The role includes routine nursing assessments, meds administration, responding to resident changes, coordinating care with physicians, and participating in a supportive team with strong values.

Qualifications

• Possess and maintain a valid, current, and unencumbered nursing license (RN or LPN) for the State of Michigan.
• Clinical experience as a nurse, in an acute care, long term care, assisted living community or other related health care setting, preferred.
• Current CPR certification or obtain within 30-days.
• Ability to work on-call and extended or flexible hours, as necessary.
• Ability to make independent decisions within scope of practice when circumstances warrant such action.
• Ability to deal tactfully and communicate with team members, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the general public with patience and a cheerful disposition. Ability to work in a multi-faceted role.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend written and oral instructions in English.

Burcham Hills is Recruiting for Night Shift (7pm - 7:30am) Nurses!

12 Hour Shifts - Full Time & Part Time Shifts Available

RNs: $37.71/hr. - $40.91/hr. (Includes: Years of Experience, Hero Pay ($1.71 per hour) and Shift Differential ($4.00 an hour for 3rd shift)

LPNs $32.71/hr. - $35.41/hr. (Includes: Years of Experience, Hero Pay ($1.71 per hour) and Shift Differential ($4.00 an hour for 3rd shift)

Burcham Hills is an upscale senior living retirement community located in the backyard of Michigan State University in East Lansing, MI. We provide short-term rehab, long term care, assisted living, and independent senior care. We support seniors and their families through the journey of life.

We currently have openings for a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work Full Time or Part Time overnight & day shifts.
