Piedmont Athens Regional Hospital in Athens, GA is seeking a Clinical Manager for the Neuroscience Department to oversee administrative and clinical operations, including budget, HR, quality of care, and patient satisfaction.

The role requires an RN license, a BSN preferred, at least 3 years of hospital leadership experience, and BCLS certification, with responsibility for staffing and developing future nursing leaders.

Formación

• 3 years of nursing experience in a hospital or clinical setting with leadership experience
• RN licensure in Georgia and/or multistate license
• BCLS certification upon hire

Responsabilidades

• Administrative and operational responsibility for the neuroscience department including cost, finance, HR, operations and quality of care
• Oversee patient, physician and staff satisfaction and foster person-centered, family-centered care
• Succession planning and development of future nursing leaders; assist in staffing as needed
