Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing strongly preferred.
• License Registered Nurse required.
• American Heart Association - Basic Life Support Certificate required.
• 0-1 years related work experience required.
• Basic familiarity with computers.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct care to patients and makes necessary nursing judgments.
• Assess health care needs and formulate an individualized care plan.
• Implement and evaluate the care plan.
• Coordinate care and direct assistive personnel for safe, efficient care.
• Develop relationships with patients and families and advocate for them.
• Maintain annual mandatory education requirements and unit competencies.
