Qualifications

• Graduate Nurse with BSN preferred; entry-level role.
• Current Massachusetts RN license; BLS certification.
• 0–1 year of related nursing experience or newly licensed graduates.

Responsabilités

• Provide safe patient care under supervision by a registered nurse.
• Develop culturally competent care plans with identified outcomes.
• Educate patients and families about illness, treatment, and preventative measures.
• Demonstrate professional behavior and effective communication with the care team.
• Administer medications and treatments, and coordinate patient care with staff.
