Job summary

As an RN Resident, you will work with the care team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care, following established nursing models and collaborating with providers

Qualifications

• BLS within 30 days of employment.
• ACLS within 1 year of employment.
• RN license in state of practice.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition during admission and each shift, report changes.
• Perform procedures and monitor patients; document care in medical records.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor therapeutic responses.
• Respond promptly to patient requests and anticipate patient needs.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and follow-up care.
