This full-time night shift includes every 4th weekend and holiday rotation, with shift differentials for qualifying shifts. The RN Residency program supports newly licensed nurses and those with less than 12 months acute RN experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited nursing program.
• Current licensure in good standing to practice as a Registered Nurse in Iowa.
• Newly licensed nurse or less than 12 months acute RN experience.
• Completion of residency program within the first 12 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Functions as a Registered Nurse under Iowa Nursing Regulations and Practice Act.
• Provides nursing care for patients and families in the Oncology/Hematology unit and collaborates with care team.
