Qualifications

• RN licensed in Kansas or eligible
• ADN/BSN/MSN preferred
• Experience in clinical education and staff development desired

Responsibilities

• Promotes customer satisfaction using LAST model to address concerns.
• Maintains confidentiality and dignity of patients and staff.
• Collaborates with healthcare team for education initiatives.
• Plans and evaluates educational programs and staff development.
• Serves as a clinical resource for staff, physicians, and trainees.
• Facilitates new employee orientation and onboarding.
