Frederick Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for an on-site, full-time position. Under RN supervision, you will provide patient care using the nursing process, document patient responses, and participate in teaching and discharge planning.

The role requires an Associates or Bachelor’s in Nursing, CPR/BLS certification, and NCLEX eligibility. A 12-hour shift schedule with opportunities for professional growth is included.

Formación

• Currently eligible to sit for the NCLEX.
• Associates degree or Bachelor's degree in nursing required.
• CPR/BLS certification and the ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patients according to nursing standards and develop a care plan.
• Document nursing interventions and patient responses accurately.
• Provide patient/family education and discharge planning integration.
• Collaborate with the health care team to ensure safe care delivery.
