Frederick Health is seeking candidates for its Nurse Residency program. You will receive clinical and educational support as a new RN, paired 1:1 with a dedicated RN preceptor during a 12-week orientation.

Start immediately after graduation and work alongside your RN preceptor while preparing for the NCLEX. Under direct supervision of a licensed RN, you will perform patient assessments, document care, and participate in continuous quality improvement.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in nursing required.
• CPR and BLS certifications required.

Responsabilités

• Assess biophysical, psychosocial, educational and discharge planning needs.
• Document nursing care plans and patient responses accurately.
• Lead and mentor during orientation and within the nursing team.
• Communicate with the health care team to ensure safe, effective patient care.
• Support discharge planning and patient education.
