Frederick Health Hospital is seeking newly licensed RNs to begin in the Nurse Residency program on the 3G medical-surgical unit. Under the direct supervision of a licensed RN, you will provide patient care using the nursing process and participate in orientation with a dedicated RN preceptor.

Formación

• Associates degree in nursing required.
• CPR/BLS certifications required within 90 days.
• Current eligibility to sit for the NCLEX.

Responsabilidades

• Under direct RN supervision, provides patient care using the nursing process.
• Assists with teaching and mentoring of new graduates and students.
• Participates in continuous quality improvement activities.
• Performs nursing interventions and documents patient responses.
• Floats to other units as needed and maintains professional behavior.
