The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing safe, efficient, and therapeutic care on the assigned patient care unit. Care delivery complies with hospital policies, procedures, and legal standards. Key responsibilities include assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care, documented appropriately. The RN collaborates with the healthcare team, prioritizes patient needs, and contributes to continuous quality improvement. Personal professional development and team growth are encouraged. Qualifications
