Job summary

Regional West Medical Services in Scottsbluff, Nebraska is seeking a Nurse Recruiter to advise on recruitment strategies, interview processes, compensation alignment, and workforce planning. You will review requisitions, source candidates, and coordinate clinical interviews to ensure smooth hiring and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• 2 to 4 years of experience as an acute care RN preferred; hospital-based healthcare experience required.
• Prior recruitment or talent acquisition experience preferred.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Nebraska without restriction, or ability to obtain within required timeframe.
• Valid driver's license required.
• BLS certification required (may be required as an instructor for this course).
• PALS and ACLS preferred.
• PHR or CHCR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review open requisitions, candidate pipelines, and staffing needs across nursing departments.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clinical teams; screen applicants and conduct phone screens.
• Source talent through job boards, social media, career fairs, and partnerships with nursing schools and professional organizations.
• Collaborate on offer development and onboarding requirements; maintain documentation in the applicant tracking system.
• Represent the organization at recruitment events and build long-term talent pipelines.
