Job summary

South Texas Health System is seeking an experienced recruiter to support nursing recruitment across the hospital network. You will help develop programs and services that support recruitment strategies and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Responsibilities include planning, coordinating, market research, negotiation and implementation of recruitment activities, and ongoing collaboration with nursing leadership to fill positions efficiently.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years’ experience in nursing, healthcare recruitment required.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Knowledge of current computer software.
• Travel required, local, statewide and within the United States.
• Must demonstrate commitment to Compliance Program and Code of Conduct.
