Qualifications

• Graduate of a baccalaureate nursing program (BSN) or equivalent.
• Current RN license by applicable state requirements.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Experience working in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing care for Primary Care Community Internal Medicine Outpatient, including direct patient care and education.
• Support nursing practice across settings and contribute to quality improvement.
• Lead and mentor teammates; participate in committees or projects as needed.
