Job summary

CODA is seeking an experienced Residential Nurse Practitioner to provide medical care for patients with substance use disorders at our Gresham location. You will perform medical evaluations, prescribe and manage medications, and monitor patient progress in collaboration with medical leadership to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from a NLNAC- or CCNE-accredited master's or doctoral nursing program.
• Must hold national certification in a NP specialty.
• Nurse practitioner grad within last year or recent active practice hours as NP.
• RN practice hours: minimum 384 hours; waiver if licensed NP in another state.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including history, physical, and exam for incoming patients.
• Prescribe and manage medications for substance use disorders in line with OTP policies.
• Review external records and labs to assess drug interactions and comorbidities.
• Coordinate with external providers to ensure safe prescribing and management of CODA medications.
• Develop referrals and recommendations with the treatment team; maintain medical records per policy.
