Job summary

Downtown Portland Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC) in Portland, OR is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide advanced nursing care in an outpatient MAT OTP setting. You will conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop personalized treatment plans, and prescribe medications within state guidelines, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

This part-time role offers Monday–Friday 6:30am–1:30pm with compensation of $120 per hour, and opportunities to impact recovery outcomes while adhering

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of experience as a practicing nurse practitioner.
Experience in addiction recovery or behavioral health settings preferred.
Familiarity with Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) and state regulatory standards (e.g., HIPAA, Joint Commission).

Responsibilities

Provides initial and annual history and physical evaluations and assesses eligibility for treatment.
Orders laboratory studies, reviews results, and provides education, referrals, or follow-up services.
Monitors treatment plans of high-risk patients.
Prescribes medications for treatment of substance use disorders per state regulation.
Collaborates with Medical Director to plan and implement care and documents significant issues.
