New Solutions seeks a Nurse Practitioner for a Skilled Nursing Facility in Missouri. You will provide primary and specialty care, manage acute and chronic conditions, and work with physicians to avoid unnecessary hospitalizations.

Injections, immunizations, wound care, and patient counseling are core duties. Active NP license required; SNF experience preferred but not mandatory. Competitive benefits and CME support provided.

Qualifications

• Active nurse practitioner license is required.
• SNF experience preferred but not required.
• Administers injections and immunizations; performs wound care.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care in a Skilled Nursing Facility and help reduce hospitalizations.
• Perform therapeutic procedures such as injections and wound management; suturing as needed.
• Counsel patients on treatment regimens and health maintenance.
