Job summary

Software Placement Group is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join a skilled nursing facility in St. Louis, MO. The role emphasizes hands-on, patient-centered care with a focus on treating patients in place to reduce hospitalizations.

You will perform injections, immunizations, suturing, and wound management, while counseling patients on therapies and growth/development. A Missouri nursing license is required, and SNF experience is preferred.

• Prior SNF (Skilled Nursing Facility) experience preferred.

A skilled nursing facility with 120 certified beds is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join its clinical team. The facility prioritizes quality care and strong customer service, with a particular focus on treating patients in place whenever possible to reduce unnecessary hospitalizations.
