Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the appropriate state.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• At least 2 years of project leadership experience.
• Experience in patient-facing roles.
• Participation in TB screening program may be required.

Responsibilities

• Promotes health through diagnosis, treatment, and disease management for acute and chronic conditions.
• Prescribes medications and conducts examinations as part of patient care.
• Advises on strategy to improve consumer experiences and outcomes.
• Works under minimal supervision with independent judgment.
