Job summary

CenterWell Senior Primary Care is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide high-quality primary care for seniors in Dallas, GA. The role involves diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions, prescribing medications, and advising executives on strategic care initiatives.

The position requires an active GA license, board-certified NP or PA, and a minimum of 1 year of primary care experience.

Qualifications

• Active GA license required and unrestricted NP/PA license in Georgia.
• Minimum availability 8 weekdays per month (Mon-Fri).
• Experience in primary care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
• Prescribe medications and deliver health promotion and maintenance.
• Collaborate with executives to develop functional strategies and drive care outcomes.
