The Little Clinic in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to deliver high-quality medical care in a retail health setting. Competenze

• Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner (or PA-C with OH supervised experience).
• 1 year of healthcare experience.
• Active license and board certification (FNP-C or PA-C) and state credentials.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and maintain confidentiality.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience with electronic health record charting systems.
• Experience in retail health, emergency health, or critical care (preferred).
• Demonstrated leadership, coaching and influencing skills.

• Collaborate with regional management to promote TLC and clinic utilization.
• Manage clinic inventory and supply orders for cost-effective operations.
• Perform QC on instrumentation and CLIA-waived testing as scheduled.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance in all information systems usage.
• Mentor team members and stay current with ongoing education.
• Cover clinics regionally as needed and manage budgeted profitability.
• Engage with local nursing organizations and community outreach.

Formazione

Master of Science in Nursing (Family Nurse Practitioner) or Bachelor’s Degree as a Physician Assistant

OH post-graduate physician-supervised experience (500 hours)

Active license and board certification (FNP-C or PA-C)

Relevant healthcare experience

Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
