Job summary

The Little Clinic in Nashville, TN is seeking a qualified clinician to deliver high-quality medical care within our retail clinic model. You will build patient relationships, support team members, and promote continuity of care while upholding our core values of respect, integrity, and safety.

Responsibilities include maintaining clinic productivity, participating in QA and peer reviews, managing inventory, and ensuring uptime of scheduled hours.

Qualifications

• Masters of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Bachelor’s Degree as a Physician Assistant (PA) with post-graduate experience where applicable
• 1 year of healthcare experience
• Active license and board certification (AANP/ANCC) with state credentials
• Board certified FNP-C or PA-C, where eligible
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and maintain confidentiality
• Excellent oral and written communication, telephone and organizational skills
• Strong computer skills and teamwork abilities

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality medical care while maintaining productivity metrics
• Participate in peer review, quality assurance and staff meetings
• Maintain a safety and quality healthcare environment
• Ensure the clinic remains open for all scheduled hours
• Collaborate with regional management on community events to promote TLC
• Respond to customer experience survey feedback as directed
• Manage clinic inventory and order supplies to control costs
• Perform quality control on instrumentation and CLIA waived testing
• Comply with HIPAA when using company information systems
• Support mentor program and mentor others
• Keep clinical knowledge current through ongoing education
• Provide regional coverage as needed
• Control costs to meet profitability goals
• Maintain community presence through nursing organization involvement
• Dress in neat, white coat and appropriate shoes
• Participate in other operational duties as assigned by regional management
• Travel to designated clinics if FLOAT role
• Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation
