The Little Clinic in Indiana is seeking a qualified Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to deliver high-quality care in a retail clinic setting. You will build relationships with patients, host store staff, and the healthcare community to support continuity of care.

Candidates must hold an FNP-C or PA-C, be licensed, and possess strong interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills. Experience in retail health or emergency care is valued.

Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Bachelor’s Degree as a Physician Assistant
• 1 year of experience in healthcare
• Active license and board certification (AANP/ANCC) and state credentials
• Board certified family nurse practitioner or physician assistant
• Valid driver’s license

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality medical care while meeting productivity metrics
• Participate in peer review, quality assurance, and staff meetings
• Ensure safety and quality-based care environment
• Maintain clinic hours and operations across assigned locations
• Collaborate with regional management to promote TLC to increase utilization
• Respond to issues from customer experience surveys as directed
• Manage inventory and supplies for cost-effective operations
• Perform quality control on instrumentation and CLIA waived testing
• Adhere to HIPAA and company policies in information systems
• Support mentor program and role-model behavior
• Keep clinical knowledge current via ongoing education
• Provide coverage for clinics in the region as needed
• Control costs to meet profitability goals
• Maintain community presence through local nursing organizations and outreach
• Present a neat image per dress code
• Participate in other duties as assigned
• If float, travel to designated clinics
• Must be able to perform essential functions with/without accommodation
