Restore Regenerative Medicine in Southwest Florida is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join a regenerative medicine and wellness team under medical director supervision. The role emphasizes root-cause care, BHRT pellet therapy, injections, and comprehensive nutrition guidance.

Ideal candidates hold an active Florida NP license (FNP/AGNP), DEA, and injection experience; EvexiPEL or similar pellet systems are highly valued. This is a full-time, on-site position across two convenient locations.

Qualifications

Licensed NP with Florida license and DEA.
Hands-on injection skills and BHRT pellet training preferred.
Strong nutrition and wellness foundation; collaborative care mindset.

Responsibilities

Conduct patient evaluations and develop treatment plans under medical director protocols.
Perform or assist with regenerative procedures and joint injections.
Provide BHRT services, including pellet therapy.
Support peptide protocols, IV nutrition, medical weight loss, and other regenerative offerings.
Educate patients on nutrition, lifestyle, and wellness strategies.
Collaborate with the medical director and clinical team for coordinated care.
Maintain documentation per Florida compliance standards.
Contribute to a team-first culture focused on patient outcomes.
