Job summary

Elite Medical Center in Lyman, SC is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive patient care within a regenerative medicine and wellness framework. You will perform procedures, educate patients, and collaborate with chiropractors and other clinicians to coordinate treatment plans.

Applicants should hold an MSN or DNP, be licensed as a SC NP, and have board certification (FNP-C/ FNP-BC or equivalent). Experience with injections and regenerative medicine is highly valued.

Qualifications

• MSN or DNP from an accredited program is required.
• Current SC NP license and national board certification as an NP (FNP-C/ FNP-BC or equivalent).
• DEA registration or ability to obtain for prescribing medications.
• Experience with regenerative medicine or procedure-based care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments including histories and physicals.
• Evaluate patients for regenerative medicine and integrated treatments.
• Develop individualized medical and regenerative plans.
• Perform in-office regenerative procedures and injections within scope.
• Provide pre- and post-treatment education and follow-up.
• Monitor outcomes, labs, imaging, and clinical progress.
• Order and interpret labs and imaging.
• Prescribe medications and therapies as appropriate.
• Collaborate with chiropractors and other providers to coordinate care.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation in EHR.

Pay: Competitive base pay based on experience.

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories and physical examinations.
• Evaluate patients for regenerative medicine and other integrated treatment options.
• Develop individualized medical and regenerative medicine treatment plans.
• Perform regenerative medicine treatments, therapeutic injections, and other in-office medical procedures within scope of practice.
• Provide pre-treatment and post-treatment patient education and follow-up care.
• Monitor treatment response, patient outcomes, laboratory results, and overall clinical progress.
• Diagnose and manage appropriate acute and chronic conditions within Nurse Practitioner scope of practice.
• Order, review, and interpret laboratory testing, X-rays, imaging, and other diagnostic studies.
• Prescribe medications and therapeutic treatments as clinically appropriate and permitted by law.
• Collaborate directly with chiropractors and other medical providers to coordinate patient care and treatment plans.
• Educate patients regarding diagnoses, medications, treatment options, preventive care, and wellness strategies.
• Refer patients to specialists or outside providers when clinically appropriate.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and complete documentation in the electronic health record.
• Participate in interdisciplinary case reviews, chart audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA, clinical protocols, scope-of-practice requirements, and applicable healthcare regulations.
• Support regenerative medicine, preventive health, wellness, and other medically integrated treatment programs.

Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from an accredited program.
• Current Nurse Practitioner license in South Carolina.
• Current national board certification as an FNP-C, FNP-BC, or other specialty appropriate to the position.
• DEA registration or ability to obtain, as applicable to prescribing responsibilities.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
• Comfortable performing injections and other in-office medical procedures.
• Strong communication, patient education, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
• One to three years of Nurse Practitioner clinical experience preferred.
• Experience with regenerative medicine, therapeutic injections, or other procedure-based care preferred.
• Experience in musculoskeletal medicine, orthopedics, physical medicine, pain management, sports medicine, or integrative healthcare is a plus.
• Experience working in a private practice or multidisciplinary outpatient environment is preferred.
• Regenerative medicine experience is strongly preferred. We will also consider a strong Nurse Practitioner candidate with relevant injection or procedural experience who is interested in developing additional expertise in regenerative medicine.
