Job summary

Advanced Functional Medicine in Austin, TX seeks a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to deliver root-cause, integrative care in a private-pay wellness setting. You will receive training in peptides, IV nutrition, regenerative aesthetics, gut microbiome rejuvenation, detox and longevity protocols.

Qualifications

• Licensed NP or PA in Texas, in good standing.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in relevant settings.
• Genuine interest in functional, integrative, regenerative, and longevity medicine; willingness to deepen skills.
• Strong skills in patient communication and relationship-building.
• Comfort with longer, in-depth visits and collaborative care planning.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive functional consultations including history, systems review, and lifestyle assessment.
• Order, interpret, and explain advanced labs.
• Develop personalized treatment plans with lifestyle, nutraceuticals, peptides, hormones, and meds.
• Administer and oversee IV therapies, peptides, regenerative protocols, weight loss programs, and aesthetic treatments.
• Provide ongoing follow-up, education, and coaching.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team across acupuncture, Chinese medicine, and wellness staff.
• Document thoroughly in the EHR in a timely, compliant manner.
