Role Description

The Registered Nurse role at PRP Regeneration Specialists is a full-time, on‑site position based in the Gainesville Metropolitan Area. The Registered Nurse will provide direct patient care, including preparing patients for procedures, administering treatments, and monitoring patient responses to regenerative therapies and hormone pellet procedures.

The nurse will be resposible for starting and monitring IV regenerative therapies.

Daily responsibilities include obtaining medical histories, performing assessments, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, and supporting providers during in-office treatments. The role also involves educating patients about treatment plans, post-procedure care, and wellness practices, while ensuring adherence to safety protocols and infection control standards. The Registered Nurse will collaborate closely with the clinical team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a specialized regenerative medicine environment.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida and good standing with the relevant licensing board
• Clinical experience in outpatient, specialty, or integrative medicine settings; experience in regenerative medicine, orthopedics, or hormone therapy is a plus
• Strong patient assessment, care coordination, and clinical documentation skills
• Knowledge of injection techniques, venipuncture, and sterile/aseptic procedures
• Commitment to patient education, clear communication, and compassionate, trauma‑informed care
• Ability to work collaboratively within a small multidisciplinary team and adapt to evolving protocols
• Proficiency with electronic health records and basic computer applications
• CPR/BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program
• High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication to continuous learning in regenerative medicine
