Job summary

RELIVE Health Malvern is seeking a Wellness & Aesthetic Clinic Provider - NP/PA to lead care and education for clients on regenerative medicine, hormone replacement, IV therapy, and injectable treatments. You will work with our physician medical director at the top of your license to conduct health and aesthetic consultations.

You will develop personalized treatment plans, maintain accurate medical records, and educate clients on benefits and risks.

Qualifications

• Must complete and licensed NP/PA program and maintain licensure.
• DEA license may be required.
• Strong clinical and educational skills.
• Documentation and confidentiality must be maintained.

Responsibilities

• Conduct health, wellness, and aesthetic consultations.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Perform injectable procedures (neurotoxin, dermal fillers) safely.
• Maintain medical records and ensure privacy.
• Collaborate with medical director and team.
