As a member of the Optum Care Delivery team, you will perform examinations, diagnose and treat patients, supervise care plans, and refer to specialists as needed while supporting staff to ensure efficient care delivery.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Accredited Nurse Practitioner program (MSN or higher).
• Massachusetts RN/NP license and NP certification.
• BLS certification and prescriptive authority as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive, longitudinal clinical and administrative coordination of a panel of patients.
• Examination, diagnosis and treatment in a primary care setting; supervise care plans and referrals.
• Monitor and manage acute and chronic illnesses; act as care plan author and supervisor.
• Coordinate with patients and families to manage care plans; provide staff direction.
