Job summary

One Medical is hiring for a licensed NP or PA in California to manage a patient panel across acute, chronic, and preventive care. You will see patients in-office, at testing centers, and via tele-health, collaborating with both in-person and virtual teams.

The role emphasizes human-centered primary care, teamwork, and ongoing learning through Clinical Rounds and CME opportunities, with a strong focus on quality and patient experience.

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited NP or PA program with national certification.
• State licensed in California, obtained by start date.
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner in outpatient primary care.
• Experience with LARC insertion and colposcopy is a plus.
• Ability to communicate with diverse patients and use healthcare technology effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with diverse needs in primary care.
• Conduct acute, chronic, and well visits in clinical settings and testing centers.
• Perform in-office procedures and know when to obtain additional licensure.
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams during rounds and huddles.
