Confluence Health is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to deliver patient care across clinics in Washington. You will examine, diagnose and treat patients, write prescriptions, and collaborate with attending physicians to ensure high-quality care.

The role requires WA licensure, appropriate Certification, and ability to handle confidential information with discretion. A solid EMR proficiency and teamwork are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Required certification.
• Ability to obtain an active license in WA.
• Discretion handling confidential medical information.
• Coordinate with staff to resolve problems.
• Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of patient information.
• Basic computer skills (Windows, email, password management).

Responsibilities

• Sees patients in clinics for examination, diagnosis, and treatment.
• Confers with attending physicians as needed.
• Counsels patients and families on health issues.
• Participates in health promotional activities.
• Participates in clinical care planning and policies.
• Maintains outpatient records in EMR in a timely manner.
• Records statistics and conducts research as needed.
• Collaborates with staff and physicians to develop patient plans.
• Serves on committees as assigned.
• Maintains hospital privileges as Limited Health Practitioner.
