Job summary

Confluence Health is seeking a Registered Nurse/ARNP to provide primary and specialized health care to hospital and clinic patients in Washington. The role includes diagnosis, treatment, prescribing medications, and patient education within established protocols.

Reporting to the Practice Manager, you will collaborate with physicians and staff, maintain accurate records, and participate in on-call coverage and quality improvement activities.

Qualifications

• Current WA RN license required.
• Active ARNP license with prescriptive authority required.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary and specialized health care to patients, including examination, diagnosis, and treatment of chronic and acute conditions.
• Prescribe medications and perform office procedures within scope and protocols.
• Educate patients and families on health issues and ongoing care.
• Contribute to health promotion activities and patient education.
• Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with policy.
• Refer patients to specialty services when appropriate.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to plan patient-centered care.
• Support physicians with on-call responsibilities.
