Job summary

Confluence Health in Washington state seeks a Psychiatric Mental Health NP to provide direct patient care, diagnostic assessment, and medication management for the North Central Washington region. You will work within a multi-disciplinary team to ensure high-quality care aligned with best practices.

The role requires an ARNP license with prescriptive authority, a master’s degree in nursing with a psychiatric specialty, and a DEA registration.

Qualifications

• Current Washington State ARNP license with prescriptive privileges or eligibility to obtain licensure upon hire.
• Master’s Degree in nursing with specialty in psychiatric nursing from an accredited program.
• Valid DEA Controlled Substance Registration Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, comprehensive charting of patient treatment in accordance with department guidelines.
• Coordinate and communicate patient care effectively with interdisciplinary team of medical providers and outside agencies.
• Participate in required agency and departmental meetings as required by supervisor.
• Maintain required monthly production levels (averaged per quarter).
• Complete specific tasks as instructed by Manager and participate in regular supervision.
• Maintain active Basic Life Support (CPR) certification.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Education

Master’s Degree in nursing (psychiatric nursing)

ARNP license with prescriptive privileges (or eligible)

DEA Controlled Substance Registration Certification
