Confluence Health in Washington state is seeking a Physician Assistant to provide primary and specialized health care to patients, manage diagnoses, and prescribe medications within scope. You will participate in health promotion, advise patients, and maintain accurate records in a collaborative team setting.

The role supports physicians, handles on-call duties when needed, and emphasizes high-quality patient care in a hospital/clinic environment.

Formación

• Active Physician Assistant license with prescriptive authority in the state of Washington, required by start date.

Responsabilidades

• Provide primary and specialized health care to patients. Examination, diagnosis, and treatment of both chronic and acute illnesses.
• Writes prescriptions and performs office procedures within the scope of expertise and available equipment.
• Educates patients and families and helps them understand issues related to physical and emotional health.
• Participates in health promotional activities and in decisions related to clinical care.
• Maintains accurate patient records in compliance with policy and refers patients to specialty services when needed.
• Supports physicians with on-call responsibilities and records statistics/research as needed.
