Confluence Health provides primary health care services to hospital and clinic patients. This opportunity supports examinations, diagnoses, prescriptions, and patient education within a comprehensive care team.

The RN/ARNP must maintain WA licensure, CPR, and proficient use of EMR while delivering compassionate care and collaborating with physicians and staff to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active RN and ARNP licensure with prescriptive authority in WA by start date.
• Experience in primary health care, acute and chronic illnesses.
• CPR/BLS certification and ongoing clinical competency.

Responsabilités

• Provide primary health care: exam, diagnose, treat, prescribe within scope.
• Counsel patients and families on physical and emotional health.
• Participate in health promotion activities and clinical planning.
• Maintain complete medical records and use EMR systems proficiently.
• Collaborate with staff and physicians to meet patient needs.
• Maintain CPR certification and adhere to standards of behavior.
