Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner (APP) to support Mount Carmel Sedalia's primary care practice. The APP will provide comprehensive health services for all ages, emphasizing health promotion and disease prevention, and participate in an integrated care team.
The role requires an MSN/NP with an Advanced Practice program background, Ohio RN and APRN licenses, BLS, and a DEA license.
Employment Type: Full time, Shift: Description: Nurse Practitioner, Primary Care, Mount Carmel Sedalia Position Purpose: This full-time Advanced Practice Provider (APP) position supports the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care in a Mount Carmel Sedalia primary care office setting. The APP provides comprehensive health services across the lifespan, with a strong emphasis on health promotion, disease prevention, and improving community access to care. APPs at Mount Carmel are highly valued members of the care team and are offered excellent compensation, benefits, and an annual CME stipend. 1-2 years' experience in the outpatient setting as an APP is highly preferred.
