Job summary

Crossroads Medical Associates in Ellicott City, MD seeks an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join an established primary care practice. Outpatient only, no inpatient coverage, with no weekend or evening hours. You will manage your own patient panel and participate in a telephone-only call rotation (one week on/one week off).

We're seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our established primary care practice in Ellicott City, Maryland. Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants will be considered for this role.

Crossroads Medical Associates offers primary care and wellness services to adults and young adults. Through screenings and regular examinations, we detect medical problems in their early stages and encourage our patients to follow a personal health care program.

Seeking a skilled APP with the following qualifications:

• Advanced Practice Nurse, Nurse Practitioner license required (APN, APRN, or NP) OR Maryland PA-C License and NCCPA Certification
• Current Maryland CDS and DEA license (or obtainable)
• Primary Care Experience Required
• Excellent communication skills and must work well in a team environment.
