Job summary

UM Upper Chesapeake Health in Bel Air, MD is seeking a full-time Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join Harford Primary Care. The role focuses on coordinating and delivering medical care, health screening, and patient education for adults in a traditional outpatient setting.

The ideal candidate will have Maryland NP licensure in adult, geriatric, or family practice, completed NP program, and a physician-APPP written agreement approved by the Maryland Board of Nursing.

Qualifications

• Current Maryland Nurse Practitioner license (adult, geriatric, or family).
• Satisfactory completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program, with Practitioner-physician written agreement approved by the Maryland Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and provide medical care, health screening, and education to Harford Primary Care’s adult patients.
• Excellent opportunity to join a successful and established group performing traditional outpatient duties.
• Physician and APP friendly, collaborative work environment.
• Monday through Friday work schedule, no weekends, no holidays. Work life balance supported by very manageable shared call rotation.
• Ideal candidate will have prior experience in primary care setting.
