Job summary

Integrative Wellness in Columbus, OH seeks a Nurse Practitioner to provide primary care and build enduring patient relationships within a collaborative clinical team.

This position offers part-time work with percentage-of-collections compensation, training, and on-site support from a medical director and a PMHNP. A collaborating physician arrangement and mentorship are provided to help grow your patient panel.

Qualifications

• Ohio-licensed Family or Adult-Gerontology Primary Care NP.
• Dependable, personable, and motivated to grow with the practice.
• Primary care experience preferred; newer NPs encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care, preventive visits, and chronic disease management.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and educate patients.
• Order and interpret testing, prescribe within scope, and coordinate referrals.
• Collaborate with medical and behavioral health clinicians.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation.

Integrative Wellness is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide primary care and build meaningful patient relationships within a supportive clinical team.

Ideal for an NP seeking part-time work or looking to gain experience in private practice, with a collaborating physician, training, and on-site clinical support provided.
