Universal Health Corporation is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to coordinate and deliver high-quality patient care in post-acute facilities. The role supports NP/PA collaboration, with training and oversight by a Medical Director to ensure preparedness and success.

Requirements include strong communication, empathy, time management, and the ability to work within regulatory guidelines. Nursing experience in geriatrics and related fields is preferred; a DEA Certification is required.

• Record rounds, write orders, and schedule tests and procedures.
• Document daily notes in the EMR with timely dictation support.
• Maintain records related to services, billing, and correspondence.
• Provide services as required by bylaws, policies, and regulations.
