Universal Health Corporation is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to coordinate and deliver high-quality patient care in post-acute care facilities within the community. The role supports nurses and physicians, with oversight by a Medical Director and extensive training provided.

You will engage in rounds, order writing, and scheduling of tests and procedures to optimize patient outcomes. Ideal candidates bring at least one year of relevant nursing experience in geriatrics or related areas,

Qualificações

• One year of relevant experience preferred.
• Nursing experience in geriatrics, internal medicine, ICU, emergency medicine, hospitalist, or general practice preferred.
• Nursing license/registration as applicable

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and deliver exceptional and appropriate patient care.
• Communicate effectively with nursing staff, collaborating physicians, and the Director of Nursing regarding patient care.
• Conduct patient rounds, contribute to daily care decisions, write orders, and facilitate scheduling of therapeutic and diagnostic tests and procedures.
• Record daily visit notes in an electronic medical record in a timely manner, with dictation services available.
• Maintain accurate records related to professional services, including attending to billing reports, claims, and correspondence.
• Provide services as requested by UHC or as required by bylaws, policies, rules, or regulations of UHC or any affiliated healthcare facility.
